A rack and pinion elevator is a synchronous lifting mechanism that combines a rack and pinion, allowing the motor to directly drive the pinion for rotary motion while simultaneously propelling the rack for linear motion.

It has almost no power loss, maximizing machine efficiency. Its simple construction results in a low failure rate and easy maintenance.

The worm gear reducer inside the lift achieves deceleration, making the lifting speed slow, suitable for precise or heavy-load lifting. The rack and pinion elevator, directly connected by gears and racks, enables high-speed linear motion and can be precisely controlled using a geared motor with an attached brake.

1. Working Principle: Through the coordinated movement of gears and racks, it ensures synchronous lifting at four or more support points, achieving stable elevation of the work platform. The synchronous error at the four support points can be as low as 0.5mm.

2. Structure and Performance of the Synchronous Lifter:

① The synchronous lifter consists of a gearbox connecting shafts with gears and racks, serving as a unit to maintain synchronization between the upper and lower surfaces during upward/downward operations.

② Several gears inside the gearbox mesh and operate with minimal noise generation.

③ It functions normally even under up to 50% eccentric load during upward/downward motion.

④ Its guide rails are modularized and standardized components.        

The lifter is a passive type, using a cylinder as the power source, with the lifter providing guidance and synchronization.
